So, who are you?

The management of Microsoft environments holds no secrets for you, and you have already seen most problems. From a management perspective, as a Microsoft Consultant, you know exactly how both classic and modern work environments function and what problems clients might encounter. You find solutions quickly, and keeping clients satisfied is your defining characteristic. In addition, you derive motivation from keeping our client environments up to date and ensuring their security, and you are a person who excels at responding proactively.

You are also willing to keep yourself up to date through certifications such as Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Security.

And what does the team look like?

We work in multidisciplinary client teams; each team is responsible for a portion of our clients, providing support for the Managed Services they purchase from us. In this role, you collaborate with other Microsoft Consultants, as well as with other colleagues from various (IT) disciplines. The team is managed by a Team Manager, with the Team Coordinator responsible for the proper distribution of work.

Each team consists of approximately 15 specialized IT consultants and is responsible for a client group of up to 30 companies within a specific industry. Think of decentralized authorities (municipalities and water boards), housing associations, healthcare, and logistics. We would be happy to discuss with you which team you fit best into, based on your experience and ambition!
